Instructions

2. Google Drive setup:
Create a folder in your Google Drive with your name. This folder will be used to store the forms. Once you fill out all the forms, upload them into this newly created folder.
3. Sharing access:
After uploading the forms, adjust the sharing settings to ensure they can be accessed. Copy the link to this folder in Google Drive.
4. Submit the forms:
Click on the "Submit" button. Enter your name and email in the provided fields. Paste the Google Drive link.
